Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Briggs Pro mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including contractors, trade professionals, and any other individuals who access Briggs Pro's services.

Briggs Pro is an AI-powered estimating assistant designed for contractors and trade professionals. The App allows users to create estimates via voice input, access live material pricing from Home Depot, generate professional proposals, and manage client and project data.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use BOB.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts for third parties without authorization.

BOB may offer subscription plans that unlock additional features. All subscription payments are processed exclusively through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) using their respective in-app billing systems.

BOB does not directly collect or process payment card information. All billing, invoicing, and payment disputes are governed by Apple's or Google's terms and policies, as applicable.

Subscription fees are charged to your App Store or Google Play account at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All refund requests are handled according to Apple's or Google's refund policies. BOB does not issue independent refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly.

You agree not to use BOB to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App

Briggs Pro and all associated software, designs, trademarks, and content are owned by Briggs Technology LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal or business estimating purposes.

You retain ownership of all estimate data, client information, and project content that you create using the App. By using Briggs Pro, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BOB DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. MATERIAL PRICING DATA IS PROVIDED FOR REFERENCE ONLY AND MAY NOT REFLECT ACTUAL STORE PRICES AT TIME OF PURCHASE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

Briggs Pro's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Ohio.
